“EDDIE” Acrylic Original, 36″x 24″ (Tribute Painting to Eddie Van Halen 1955-2020) Artist Lori Mole states, “Eddie Van Halen made this guitar. He made many guitars but this special one is called the Frankenstrat. It was on exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC before he donated it to the Hard Rock Cafe. It’s valued at over $100,000. Eddie passed last October 6th and I felt compelled to paint his guitar. I saw Van Halen in Sacramento in 2008 with David Lee Roth as lead vocalist. It was AWESOME! If you look in the lower right, that is me with “heart hands”.
