My annual desk calendar features this painting for the month of July 2026. It’s title: AMERICA  I was remembering the music I grew up listening to and the songs by the band America in the 70’s. The band members met as sons of US Air Force personnel stationed in London, where they began performing live. I always think of Gabe’s leather class in Jr. High and this album playing. Classic songs!
