Jerry Lee Lewis

I was lucky enough to see the “Million Dollar Quartet” at the Ensemble Theatre Company in Santa Barbara. Mom & I enjoyed our front row seats as we listened to the best music from the 50’s. It featured Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Johnny Cash and Jerry Lee Lewis on piano. What made this even extra special was Jerry Lee Lewis was performed by Ian Fairlee, the grandson of my band teacher Mr. Fairlee.  Growing up playing piano, clarinet and flute attributes greatly to my love of music. I’ve been painting my Music Series for over 30 years now. Ian did a spectacular job as Jerry Lee. You gotta love him in this performance; his actions and energy were spot on! Enjoy your calendar for February with a “Seat For Two”.
